Log data sent to Logcast is stored securely and is only accessible to members of your organization. We do not read, analyze, or share your log data for any purpose other than providing the service.
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
We use third-party services for authentication (Google OAuth) and payment processing (Stripe). These services have their own privacy policies.
We retain your log data for the duration of your subscription. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
You may access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You may also request a full export of your data.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
